T.O.SAll payments must be made up front to claim a slot. Split payments are acceptable. If the commission costs more, I am willing to accept payment plans. All work will not begin until the full payment is made.If the commissioner wishes to add anything after the initial quoted commission, it will be added to the cost, and will not be received until full payment is made.Upload only are accepted! Commissioners can ask receive the unity package and textures. If they have certain addons(clothing, hair,etc) they must show proof of owning the model, accessories, hair, etc,.If I do not own the model, the cost of the model will be added to the cost of the retexture. Both The commissioner and myself MUST have the avatar to abide by the model creator's T.O.S.I have the right to refuse a commission.
I will refuse any commission that promotes hateful or bigotry ideology. Anything revolving transphobia,homphobia, racism,pedophilia,beastiality,anti-semitism,etc will be refused and blacklisted.If the commissioner does not have a complete up-to-date reference(This includes neither a color palette or 2 sided reference) there will be an added $10 fee.Textures(depending on complexity) can vary from 3 days to a week of the start time. If Unity work is requested, it can take longer.
If I deem the character to be complex, It will cost more.I will NOT work on models by the creator of the Rezillo Ryker.Artistic Liberty commissions range as they take most of my time and effort for a high quality character/texture, so please be patient!All Artistic Liberties can be based on a concept, character, moodboard, or porfolio of inspiration. All designs in the end are of my choosing. You may ask for small changes, but in the end it is my choice.If you wish to make alterations to the texture after it is completed. Please run it by Nebbzula's permission first.For blender edits, modifications, or making items from scratch. Depending on the complexity will take time to test, configure, and fine tune for it work properly.If desired for a 18+ toggle or avatar, A form of identification only showing the birth date on a blank piece of paper with the commissioner's name above it is required. Everything else can be blurred and crossed out.If a refund is necessary, Nebbzula will keep 30% of the quoted price. This is includes: refunding current texture progress or prior payment.I do not save all of the textures/project files from previous commissions. You have a one month grace period from the inital completion date to ask for files. If you commission Nebbzula again for more on the prior project, the date will reset to the new completion date. If you need addons, or access to the files, do not hesitate to contact Nebbzula during the one month period.By commissioning me you are agreeing to the Terms of Service.
